Using Cisco technology, ACT supplied and implemented switching solutions to deliver voice, video and data services across Sahl Hasheesh.

The solution provided was based on a workgroup concept, which is both economically beneficial and complies with the latest technology standards at the time of the project, providing high-speed services, simple scalability and upgraded connectivity paths. The solution contained VoIP, Cisco Call manager and IP IVR gateway in addition to machine, system control and database intensive workloads.
