The solution enabled the ministry to provide fast and high quality civil and security services.

 

The solution was composed of Structured Cabling, Networking, Computing, Infrastructure Software, Disaster Recovery, Security and Database systems that provided a unified intranet for the ministry’s 27 security departments to connect 207 police stations.

 

The agreement also involved a 24x7 SLA agreement, whereby ACT provides the necessary support to ensure that all systems are maintained and are operating at optimum levels.
