Responsibilities

• Ability to lead and provide direction in resolving business critical problems.
• Manage performance and productivity while providing daily supervision and guidance to the team members.
• Provide technical training to the team members when required.
• Ability to build relationships with peer and management levels both with clients and the company management.
• Engage with pre-sales team in pre-offering stage by providing technical recommendation and technical related documents.
• Periodically following up with customer and provide updates as needed to meet performance objectives.
• Excellent network troubleshooting skills.
